Jonathan was very confident and knew his subject matter. His manner made everyone feel relaxed, even the people who’d never done first aid before. Attitude was great and he was prepared to take time to go over parts with diligence.
Jonathan showed so much enthusiasm for the subject and that had an impact on all the people on the course.
